Introduction
Several times, the Holy Spirit has complained that ministers of God are dull. The meaning of the statement became very clear after watching the videos of military parades and other recorded activities in which the participants were agile and smart. During worship there are usually several distractions, which are avoidable. The distractions include:
  1. Conversations.
  2. Delays.
  3. Several excuses, of different types.
  4. Random movements.
  5. Demand for drinking water.
  6. Buying or selling.
  7. Cap or scarf failing off the head.
  8. Quarrel between two or more persons.
  9. Complains.
  10. Children disturbing or interfering in what is being done.
  11. Moving out to urinate.
  12. Lateness.
  13. Dullness, sluggishness.
  14. Incessant dropping of instruments.
  15. Unsteady music or discordant song.
  16. Phone calls or answering of phones.
  17. Etc.
An observation of the military parade shows discipline and comportment, which the congregation should emulate. The soldiers are:
  1. So numerous and silent.
  2. Very attentive to instructions.
  3. Very obedient: immediate response.
  4. No delays.
  5. No excuses.
  6. No random movements.
  7. No drinking of water.
  8. No buying or selling.
  9. No running under the shade.
  10. No removal or change of dress.
  11. No loosening or adjustment of dress.
  12. No cap failing of the head.
  13. No quarrel between any two or more persons.
  14. No complains.
  15. No children disturbing or interfering in what is being done.
  16. No moving out because of urination.
  17. No lateness.
  18. No dullness, no sluggishness.
  19. No dropping of instruments.
  20. No break in music or song.
  21. No phone calls. No answering of phones.
  22. No eating of food.
  23. No feeling or disposition of sickness.
  24. No traveling, except for inspection of the parade.
In fact, ministers of God should know that there is still much to be done.
